These terms are established in accordance with applicable United States law and comply with relevant federal and state regulations.

1. Company Information and Scope of Services

Antania Logo Artistry LLC is a service provider specializing in logo design and brand visual identity, primarily serving clients in the United States with digital design solutions.

Our services include:

• Custom Logo Design: Creation of unique logos based on the brand information and requirements provided by the client.
• Corporate Logo Design: Development of visual identity solutions for businesses, startups, and commercial brands.
• Logo Revisions and Optimization: Adjustments to existing designs based on client feedback.
• Typographic Logo Design: Design solutions centered on text, letters, and font combinations.
• Brand Visual Assets: Digital visual elements designed to complement the logo’s style.
• Digital File Delivery: Provision of final design files in the formats specified in the order.

The specific scope of services, deliverables, number of revisions, and project parameters are defined on the respective product detail pages and in the order confirmation.

2. Ordering and Service Process

Clients may select their desired logo design services and place orders through our official website.

Our general service process is as follows:

The client selects the required design service.
The client provides the brand name, design direction, and other project requirements.
The client completes the payment for the order.
We begin the design process based on the information provided by the client.
We provide design previews and revisions within the agreed-upon scope.
Upon completion, the final design files are delivered to the client electronically.
Clients must ensure that all submitted information is accurate and complete, and that they possess the legal right to use any text, images, trademarks, or reference materials provided.

3. Payment Terms and One-Time Fee Policy

Antania Logo Artistry LLC operates on a one-time, per-order fee structure.

• When purchasing a logo design service, clients are required to pay the fee as displayed on the order page. – Each order constitutes an independent, one-time sale and is not a subscription service.
• Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page or agreed upon in writing by both parties, there will be no automatic renewals, recurring charges, or periodic subscription fees.
• The order price, included design content, number of revisions, and scope of delivery are determined by the information displayed at the time of purchase.
• Additional design requirements, revisions exceeding the original order scope, or new services may require a separate quote and client approval.
• Once payment is successfully processed, we will arrange the relevant design services based on the order details.
• Clients must ensure that their payment information is authentic and accurate, and that they use a legally authorized payment method.

We may use Stripe as a third-party payment processor to facilitate secure online payments. Stripe is an independent third-party payment service provider and is not a business partner of Antania Logo Artistry LLC. Clients are not required to register for a Stripe account to use the payment methods supported on the checkout page.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership of Design Deliverables

Antania Logo Artistry LLC respects the intellectual property rights of its clients and clearly defines the ownership and usage rights regarding design deliverables.

4.1 Ownership of Final Design Deliverables

Upon full payment for an order, Antania Logo Artistry LLC transfers to the client all transferable copyrights and related intellectual property rights in the final logo design created and delivered specifically for the client—to the extent permitted by applicable law and provided that no third-party rights are infringed upon.

Once full payment has been made and the final design files have been received, the client acquires ownership and usage rights to the final design, allowing for its use, reproduction, modification, display, commercial application, and brand promotion, in accordance with applicable law and any agreements between the parties.

If a separate written intellectual property transfer agreement exists between the parties, the terms of that agreement shall prevail.

4.2 Items Excluded from the Transfer

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, the following items are not automatically transferred upon the delivery of the final logo design:

• Antania Logo Artistry LLC’s proprietary design tools, software, templates, and general design resources.
• Initial design concepts that were not selected or included in the final delivery. – Fonts, images, graphics, assets, and other content provided by third parties that are subject to third-party licensing restrictions.
• General design methodologies, techniques, and workflows employed by us in the project.
  Such third-party assets remain subject to their original licensing terms and conditions.

4.3 Client-Provided Assets

The client warrants that they possess the legal right to use any brand names, images, fonts, text, trademarks, or other assets they submit, and that such use does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.

Any disputes arising from the use of infringing or unauthorized assets provided by the client shall be the sole responsibility of the party liable for such provision.

4.4 Trademark Registration

Logo design services do not constitute trademark registration, trademark searches, or legal review services. It is the client’s responsibility to verify that the final design does not conflict with existing registered trademarks or other protected identifiers.

We provide no guarantee that any logo will successfully pass the trademark registration review process conducted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or any other relevant authority.

5. Permissible Use

Upon receipt of the final design deliverables, the client may use the logo(s) for their business needs, including but not limited to:

• Official corporate websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Product packaging and commercial promotional materials.
• Social media accounts and online advertising.
• Business cards, brochures, and business documentation.
• Corporate brand identity and commercial marketing activities.
• Trademark registration applications, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The client must ensure that all usage complies with applicable laws, third-party licensing terms, and standard public usage guidelines.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Consequences of Violation

When using this website and related services, the client shall not:
Submit assets that infringe upon the copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Use our design services to create brand identifiers that are unlawful, fraudulent, false, or misleading.
Engage in unauthorized access, attacks, interference, or disruption of the website.
Impersonate others or provide false order or payment information.
Unauthorizedly copy, resell, or distribute restricted third-party assets.
Use our services to engage in activities that violate U.S. federal law or applicable state laws. In the event of any violation, we reserve the right—depending on the circumstances—to suspend relevant services, refuse further order processing, restrict access to our website, or take other lawful measures.

Should any violation result in actual losses, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to hold the responsible party accountable.

7. Design Revisions and Client Approval

We carry out design work based on the requirements submitted by the client.

• Clients should carefully review the service details and the scope of design work before placing an order.
• The number of permitted revisions is determined by the specific product page or the terms of the order.
• Any revision requests must remain within the scope of the original order.
• Significant adjustments that exceed the original requirements, or the addition of new design elements, may incur extra charges.
• Clients are expected to review design previews promptly and provide clear, specific feedback for revisions.
• Once the client approves the final design, we will deliver the digital files as stipulated in the order.

If a project is delayed because the client failed to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner, the delivery timeline may be adjusted accordingly.

8. Digital Delivery and Completion of Services

Logo design is a digital service and does not involve the shipment of physical goods.

Final design files will be provided via email, a download link, or another digital delivery method agreed upon by both parties.

The format and content of the delivered files are determined by the product page or the terms of the order and may include PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or other applicable digital file formats.

Clients must ensure that they provide a correct and valid email address and should regularly check both their inbox and spam/junk folders.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Antania Logo Artistry LLC will process refund and cancellation requests based on the order status, the progress of the work, and applicable laws.

• Before design work begins: Clients may contact us to request an order cancellation and a refund.
• After design work has commenced: Refund requests will be evaluated based on the work already completed and the status of the services provided.
• After final files have been delivered: If a client has reasonable concerns regarding the services provided, they may contact us to discuss a resolution.
• If services are not provided as agreed: Should we fail to fulfill the services explicitly stated in the order, we will provide an appropriate remedy—such as a refund or the re-provision of services—depending on the specific circumstances and applicable laws. These terms do not limit any non-waivable statutory rights that the client may have under applicable U.S. law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antania Logo Artistry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the following:

• The client’s provision of inaccurate or incomplete design requirements.
• The client’s unauthorized use of unfinished or unapproved design concepts.
• Service interruptions originating from third-party websites, software, or digital platforms.
• Losses resulting from the client’s failure to properly safeguard final design files.
• Losses arising from third-party intellectual property disputes or the outcomes of trademark registration reviews.

For losses directly caused by our services that are legally recoverable, our liability shall be determined based on the actual amount paid for the relevant order and the specific circumstances of the case, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters that cannot be restricted by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise regarding an order, design content, payment, or service delivery, we encourage both parties to first seek a resolution through friendly communication.

The dispute resolution process is as follows:

The client submits a description of the dispute via the contact information provided on our official website.
Both parties review order records, payment information, and relevant design materials.
Both parties attempt to reach a reasonable solution through negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may initiate legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.

These terms do not prevent the client from filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies or government regulatory bodies, nor do they limit any other rights to dispute resolution granted to the client by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable federal and state laws of the United States.

Any disputes arising from this website, our logo design services, or order transactions shall be handled by a U.S. court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms conflicts with applicable mandatory law, the mandatory law shall prevail, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
